LCTM is a group of fans to the scale train whose only aim is to serve as contact between users and to promote our hobby. We do not exert any lucrative activity and our page Web has the only aim of the publication of useful information for our members and all the community of fans to the train.   In the accomplishment of this task we used preferredly material provided by our members and information also published in the network. We did not use without express permission of its authors the following material: Material published in means in circulation, like books, magazines, videos, catalogues, etc. Content of commercial Webs, whose publication can harm its interests. Material whose reproduction is prohibited by his author specifically.   We published mentioning its origin, and making clear that in case of objection the material will be retired: Information and photos of non-commercial Webs, always mentioning its origin. Old material which we considered part of the history of the scale train and which we catalogued “of public domain”, although in fact their proprietors retain the copyright.   We suppose the explicit consent for its publication, since they are published and they are already accessible gratuitous and freely in the network. In case of receiving any claim the material is retired immediately.      We built thus in the belief that we comprised of a community in which the liking to the trains prime on other considerations. Just as we allowed that our material is used by any other means (always mentioning its origin and without commercial aims), we create right who other associations, groups and individuals build of equal way.   If because of the performance of our task somebody feels harmed, we requested to him puts itself in contact with us to solve to the conflict in our direction editor@lctm.info.     We waited for the collaboration of all those for which the railways is something more than a simple hobby.       Greetings to all,       Publisher LCTM.
